Guild Charter

Mission Statement – Nothing's main aim in World of Warcraft is to provide a solid fairly casual raiding experience while still making decent progress and aiming to advance through and hopefully complete the most difficult level (currently known as mythic) of each tier of raid instances. As well as this we aim to provide a fun and friendly social atmosphere within which all our members (social and raiders) can enjoy their playing time in World of Warcraft

About The Guild – We are a casual raiding guild on the Magtheridon EU server. We existed as Elysium from 2008 until March 2016 on Earthen Ring (later merged with Darkmoon Faire), with the main bulk of the guild being born out of the demise of the guild Outcasts on the same server. Early in 2013, during Mists of Pandaria we negotiated a merger with and successfully welcomed the fine members of the Reliquary guild into Elysium and forged ahead stronger than before. In March 2016 we completed a long mooted move to find a new home and settled on the Magtheridon server due to the low and further declining population on ER/DMF. Also with our new home came the new name - Nothing. We raid on Thursday, Sunday and Tuesday from 20.00 – 0.00 server time. We will be aiming to complete each mythic difficulty tier and will progress through heroics and onto mythic each tier.

General Policy - We aim to be a friendly, inclusive and drama free guild with a good raiding team, from a diverse group of people from all over the planet . We want to be a nice social place for our raiders and social members alike to play the game and have fun together. Nothing is an adult guild and as such adult humour may occur within guild but we do not tolerate offensive or prejudiced behaviour. Sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, religious intolerance or other prejudicial attitudes, jokes, comments or language will not be tolerated. We are adults and should behave as adults. We have an experienced officer team in place to deal with any disputes or incidents that may occur with the guildmaster having final authority.
Members should also be at or over the age of majority in their country. Nothing as stated is an adult guild, therefore you should be considered an adult in the country you reside in.

General Policy for Raiding members – As with the guild we like raiding to be a fun place to play the game, but raiding requires everyone to be prepared, disciplined and able to work as a team. Therefore raiding members need to sign up ahead of time, be prepared with class knowledge and raid tactics. You should provide your own top level consumables (food, potions, flasks etc.) except where we are able to provide feasts etc., though where these are available we appreciate donations to the guild bank to keep them available. Raiders should remain disciplined, adhere to the tactics and tasks assigned to them and listen to what officers are asking them to do. We succeed as a team and we fail as a team, so you work towards the goals of the team. You do not play to top meters or to be the best individual at your role, you play for the success of the raid group.
